Personal Evaluations

The River Point staff is always on hand to meet your needs, day or night. Evaluations can be scheduled by appointment and walk-ins are also accepted. Our Evaluation and Referral Center provides a neutral point-of-access into our behavioral health system by contacting us at (904) 724-9202 or 1-800-749-3967. Ask to speak with someone in the Evaluation and Referral Center.

In addition to the no-cost assessments provided at River Point, we can also provide an on-site mobile evaluation, which can be performed at physician's offices, hospitals/ER's, churches, EAP/employer offices, and others by contacting River Point's Immediate Mobile Evaluation Team.
